The Produce

At the Blackboys, we pride ourselves in utilising good quality local fresh produce in our menus as much as possible.

We grow vegetables all year round and use them in our recipes.

Our meat is sourced locally from  : Uckfield Meats and N.Dean Meats, Eastbourne.

Our fresh fish and seafood is sourced locally from :  South Coast Fisheries, Rye and The Admiral's Plaice, Hastings.

Game : Sutton Hall Shoot, Five Ashes and Heathfield Park Venison.

Cheese : Best Bier, Five Ashes.
